We are seeking a Director of Value Added Services that will facilitate product development, engineering and technical oversight for all Premium Service products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the executive team to define the overall strategy on Value Added Services (VAS) and lead a team of product managers and engineering staff to deliver compelling premium services product offerings
• Understand the business strategy around value added services in the Internet Service Provider space, create business cases and communicate them to internal and external stakeholders
• Combine the business strategy for premium services with an assessment of user needs and define the product strategy for value added services/products that can be monetized in free-mium model and/or effective tiering with high speed internet connections
• Define novel monetization models for all web products and negotiate contracts with outside vendors and other business partners
• Work with Marketing on the development on strategies to more effectively merchandize value added service products
• Develop key performance metrics reports for premium services
• Identify end to end process improvements for online sales and product fulfillment of value added service products
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need to bring to the table:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MBA preferred
• 8+ years of web product development experience in the Internet space, experience working with MSO's is a plus
• Working knowledge of financial modeling, including in-depth knowledge of building business requirement documents and business cases
• Prior experience negotiating contracts and business agreements with external vendors
• Has a deep understanding of monetization models for value added service products
• Proven experience as a product manager with a technical background or as a strong technology leader with a product focused thought process; the ideal candidate's experience should include leading teams of product development managers and engineers
• Must possess excellent intellectual and analytical problem solving and decision making skills to identify effective long-term strategies
• Hands on experience on scrum is an additional bonus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
