Our client is a Toronto based social media company.

The CEO will report directly to the Chairman of the Holding Company and will assume ultimate responsibility for all functional areas including, sales, marketing, engineering and development, human resources, operations and finance.

The CEO will play a pivotal role in defining the company’s strategy and will maintain an intense focus on execution and positioning the company for growth and outstanding financial results. He/she will assess, lead, build and develop a team of 15, consisting of developers, customer support and marketing. This role offers a rare opportunity to build and mold a financially sound company with infinite potential in the social media market.

It is critical that the CEO will have a diverse background in media technology and particular strengths in sales, marketing and branding, business development and human resources along with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. He/she will possess a thorough understanding of business, technology and products, and have a successful track record in growing a P&L, positioning a company from an early stage, and leading the building of a scaleable product.
